Seddon
Compact weatherboard turned into a light and bright home.
Emma & Jason wanted to create a more practical and liveable space at their Seddon weatherboard home so engaged BCT Group to turn their aspirations into a reality.
With the home facing East, the BCT Group Design Team began by remodelling the floorplan, complying with town planning regulations to capture the desirable morning sun. We added an open plan kitchen, living and dining area with a connected butler’s pantry and laundry.
The clients wanted to enlarge the spaces that they used the most, so we created another living area through including a lounge room and added an ensuite to the master.
The home is stunningly finished and is a wonderful sight with the natural light shining through from the outdoors, we couldn’t have been happier to hand the wonderful finished product back to Emma & Jason.
