Are you a finance and admin guru looking for a part-time, flexible position?

BCT Group is a building and design company located in Seddon. And we’re looking for someone proficient in all things finance and admin to join our office team. 

This position is perfect for an inner west parent or carer who
is keen to work during school hours. We’re after someone with
end-to-end accounting experience who can reconcile a balance sheet, produce and decipher a P&L, and provide quality actual
and forecast numbers to the team. Extra brownie points for candidates who are super organised, love a process-driven environment and have an understanding of the construction industry.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Monthly P&L reporting by project

  • Balance sheet reconciliation

  • Monthly management reporting

  • 18 month rolling forecasts

  • Accounts payable

  • Accounts receivable

  • Ensuring that all financial data is being correctly captured and reported from all systems

  • Updating our project management tool, CoConstruct

  • HR and all final interactions with the payroll provider
