A considerate design to maximise space and liveability
With three young girls, Luke and Tamara were running out of space in their Newport family home when they decided to contact BCT Group to discuss a renovation and extension.
Impressed with our process, they engaged BCT Group to encapsulate their vision. Luke and Tamara outlined that a key focus of the project was to add a fourth bedroom and second bathroom to cope with the size and needs of the young family. Our design team reconfigured the floorplan and layout of the home to ensure these rooms could be added through the creation of a master suite. We also added a new laundry and increased the pantry size to improve the liveability of the home.
Perhaps the most exceptional feature of the property is the indoor-outdoor flow at the rear which is created by the bi-fold doors and stunning triangular window. Which allows the natural light to shine throughout the open-plan kitchen, living and dining area.
It was fantastic to be able to design and build Luke and Tamara’s new family home.
