STYLISH HOME EXTENSION WITH HIGH-END FEATURES

 

Spencer was looking for a builder he could trust to turn his home renovation plans into a top quality home.
He wanted to modernise the home while adding more space and improving overall functionality. After being impressed with our approachable nature and respect for his budget, he engaged us as his builder.

We demolished the existing kitchen, bathroom and outdoor space to create a new bathroom, laundry and open plan kitchen, dining and living space. A first-floor extension added a master suite with walk-in robe and luxurious ensuite.

The home includes multiple high-end design features including an Oblica Skantherm wood heater, cast iron clawfoot bath from Highgrove, stone benchtop in Sahara Sand from YDL Stone and polished concrete floors. The angular exterior design is brought to life with a mix of Cemintel Barestone cladding, Colorbond metal flashing and Kaiynemaile architectural mesh screening with a Spotted Gum timber awning.

The result is a stylish, warm home that perfectly reflects both the client's and architect's vision.
