As the BCT Group Construction & Estimating Manager, Travis oversees the budget management and construction of all projects. He works closely with our estimators, project managers, on-site client relationships manager and construction team to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, to budget and to the highest standard of quality.

With a history of working in both residential and commercial construction, Travis officially joined BCT Group in 2016.

Travis utilises his experience and thorough understanding of the BCT Group product and processes to ensure that everyone who connects with BCT Group has the best possible experience.

In his role, Travis manages the tender process with our trusted network of suppliers and contractors and prepares and presents the construction budget. He works with our in-house project engineer and estimators throughout both the design and construction phases to ensure that all client’s budgets are considered and respected.

He is heavily involved throughout the entire BCT Group process from attending your initial site visit through to final handover day.

Travis prides himself on his ability to build relationships with all internal and external stakeholders. Thriving in a fast-paced environment, Travis is constantly striving to maintain our industry leading construction time and ensure that clients can move back into their dream home having had a fantastic experience.

Travis loves seeing the final result of our homes and the excitement on clients’ faces something he describes as a great reward for the effort of all the BCT Group Team.

Away from work, Travis enjoys spending time with family and friends and is a keen traveller having already explored 46 countries.
