The back of this compact weatherboard home in South Kingsville consisted of a kitchen, bathroom and laundry.
We demolished the laundry and extended from the kitchen to create a new open-plan living and dining area (with skylight and expert joinery by Kulija). We also added a light-filled study plus a new laundry and mudroom.
The changes mean the existing dining room can now be used as a third bedroom. The extra space and storage have made this home both beautiful and functional.
