Impressive renovation and first floor extension to create space for the family.
With three children, Sam reached out to BCT Group wanting to create extra space in her Newport family home. The BCT Group Design and Construction Teams transformed the property, completing an impressive renovation and first floor extension.
Our town planning team worked through the fact that the properties block was under 300sqm, and our design team redesigned the three-bedroom, one bathroom property turning it into a five-bedroom, two-bathroom home to suit the young family.
We maintained and renovated the open plan kitchen and dining area at the rear and added another bedroom downstairs. Upstairs in the new extension, we included another bedroom, bathroom and living area adding practicality and space.
It was great to be able to design and construct this Newport home for Sam and her family to enjoy.
