Tracie & Simon reached out to BCT Group when they were looking to renovate and extend their family home.

 

With a growing family they wanted to create a larger home with more functional spaces. A south facing backyard meant the design needed to capture the northern light into the rear living spaces to improve the liveability of the home. The rear extension included a large contemporary living zone with the kitchen overlooking the generous dining space and living room. A courtyard was introduced between the existing home and the extension to cleverly create a north facing living room. 

 

The raked roof structure with north facing highlight windows ensured we met the brief and created a light and bright living zone. A generous ensuite and oak timber finish walk in robe created a master suite for Tracie & Simon. A new bathroom, powder room, walk in pantry and laundry ensured a new modern family home was delivered. The colourful pastel green and pink basins created pops of colour in the ensuite and main bathroom which were paired with matt black tapware. Brushed brass tapware were a feature in the kitchen and walk in pantry. 

 

Tracie & Simon entrusted BCT Group to design and build their new home.
