Renovation and extension project at a Kensington period home, tailored to the clients' lifestyle and budget.
Having been wanting to renovate and extend their Kensington home since they purchased it, Ryan & Lachlan approached BCT Group to engage our one-stop solution and add space to their Kensington period home.
In their design brief, Ryan & Lachlan emphasised that they would like to maintain the front three bedrooms within their home and create a new oasis at the rear through a brand new extension.
With the home located on quite a narrow block with a heritage overlay, our design team worked with them to tailor their home to both their lifestyle and budget. We gave the front of the gorgeous period home a refresh and maintained the front bedrooms.
The new extension designed and built by BCT Group features a brand new bathroom which encompasses a European laundry and a lovely open-plan kitchen, living and dining space.
It was a pleasure to work with Ryan & Lachlan from concept to completion on their Kensington project.
