When they first bought their Kensington home, Andrew and Stef knew they'd have to renovate. While the property had a great footprint, it needed a lot of work. Two kids later, their renovation and extension turned from a "one day" to a "can't wait another minute" situation.

Andrew and Stef were looking for a builder they could trust. They wanted a company that could centrally organise all trades and do a top quality job. 

​

After discovering us via Google, their first meeting with Bevan sealed the deal. They said they found him, "genuine, honest and respectful", qualities that gave them the confidence to proceed. 

Andrew and Stef worked with our talented design team to create home that is not only spacious but perfectly aligned to their taste and lifestyle.

We demolished the existing living room, kitchen, laundry and third bedroom to create a large open-plan kitchen, meals and living area plus spacious family bathroom and central laundry. A first floor extension added a master suite with walk-in-robe and balcony plus a study doubling as a guest room thanks to a hidden wall bed.  The upstairs rooms are serviced by a second family bathroom with double vanities and shower. Engineered timber flooring is featured throughout the home along with sleek built-in robes. 

Andrew is absolutely delighted with the end result saying, "Prior to the renovation there was not a day where I didn't curse something about the place - be it the carpet, the lack of heating and air conditioning, the kitchen, the laundry. Now, every day my wife and I turn to each other and say, 'I love this house'."
