Having lived in Yarraville for many years, Sarah and Richard loved their community and location but were ready to create a home that better supported their growing family and lifestyle. They engaged BCT Group to design and build a renovation and extension that would bring new space, comfort and longevity to their home.

Our team refreshed the original front rooms, updating finishes and improving comfort while maintaining the character of the existing home. As part of the new extension, we introduced a multipurpose room that serves as both a guest space and a second living area, giving the family greater flexibility as the children get older.

At the rear, we created an open‑plan kitchen, dining and living zone that connects seamlessly to the garden, maximizing natural light and enhancing everyday living and entertaining. The home now includes a redesigned main bathroom, a new ensuite, and a functional laundry with dedicated storage.

The transformation has been truly rewarding, and it was a pleasure working with Sarah and Richard to bring their vision for a more spacious, practical and beautiful family home to life.
