An extension in Yarraville with real 'wow' factor

Sam and Kelly are clients with excellent taste. They also know the value of hiring a great architect like Angela Banks and a great builder like BCT Group.

Every detail of their Yarraville home is stunning. The three bedrooms and playroom at the front of this weatherboard home have been renovated with the extension featuring a master suite with ensuite and walk-in robe, a main bathroom, separate laundry, kitchen, pantry, lounge room, dining room and deck.

The floor-to-ceiling glass, black-framed door in the hallway creates the perfect transition into the huge open-plan living area. Black is featured throughout the house in all the fixtures and fittings with the black and white kitchen a real standout.

The kitchen makes a bold statement with a huge Caeserstone island bench in Snow on a powder-coated black steel frame. The kitchen also features open-plan shelving, a large freestanding cooker and an impressive window splash back alongside matte black tiles.

The ensuite and main bathroom stick to the black and white theme with timber vanities and shelving adding texture and warmth.  In contrast, the new galley-style laundry features Laminex joinery in Bay Leaf along with a practical Polytec bench top in Classic White.

The clients, architect and the team here at BCT Group couldn't be more thrilled with how this home has turned it. It certainly has the 'wow' factor in spades.
