Nicki & Fritz purchased their Yarraville property with the intention of making changes to it. Situated within walking distance of Yarraville Village, they wanted to create a low maintenance home that would suit their lifestyles into the future. After discussions with BCT Group they decided on a knock down rebuild approach.
Set on a 153sqm block with a heritage overlay, the BCT Group Design Team were able to negotiate the design constraints and produce a remarkable reverse living 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home with a garage.
Downstairs includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a garage and a stunning timber staircase which connects the home. Upstairs to take full advantage of the natural light we created an open-plan kitchen, living and dining area which links to a large balcony with impressive views of the Melbourne city skyline.
We could not be happier with what we have been able to create for Nicki & Fritz. The transformation of the property from the previous home to the stunning finished product we have produced is truly amazing.
