Grace and Michael came to BCT Group to renovate and extend their Yarraville home to create a modern space with an open layout and smart storage solutions that suits their lifestyle.
Our expert design team worked with our clients to create an open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area. The new light and bright area enhances functionality while promoting a warm, welcoming atmosphere that seamlessly blends style and practicality.
A walk-in pantry was added, along with a newly constructed bathroom and a dedicated laundry space offering greater convenience and improved organisation.
The existing living room was also converted into a hybrid space to be used as a third bedroom or work from home space.
The renovation combined modern updates with the home’s original features. It includes a statement pendant light, a feature bathroom wall, and a restored stained-glass window at the front.
