Stunning renovation and extension packed full of unique and practical features.
Having obtained their documents and plans for a renovation and extension with Luke Fry Architecture, Andrew and Jill reached out to BCT Group looking for someone to build their dream home. After going through our thorough tender process, they decided that BCT Group was the right fit to make their dreams a reality.
The BCT Group Construction Team transformed Andrew and Jill’s Yarraville property, extending the back of the home to create a more functional living space. As a result, the new kitchen, living and dining area is packed full of unique and practical elements including the gas fireplace, large storage space and extra powder room under the staircase. To complete the downstairs section of the home, we built a dual butler’s pantry/ laundry and upgraded the main bathroom whilst also refreshing the two existing bedrooms with new carpet and paint.
Upstairs, the BCT Group Construction Team maintained and upgraded the master suite and other upstairs bedroom by building new robes and storage space and finished the renovation by transforming the walk-in robe into a separate study space for the family to enjoy.
It was great to be able to build and deliver Andrew and Jill a stunning new family home.
