Completion of large family home with stunning features.
After beginning the process of building their family home with Porter Davis Homes, Kate and David reached out to BCT Group with their home partially completed.
From here our team personally visited Kate and David to inspect the project and discuss how our bespoke approach could help deliver the family home that they desired.
Our in-house estimating team were able to obtain the quotes and pricing required to complete the home. The BCT Group Construction Team were able to fix the existing defects and manage each of the remaining stages to deliver a five-bedroom, three-bathroom home which features an expansive kitchen, living and dining space, lounge area and a specialist theatre room.
On the first floor, the home has five bedrooms including a huge master suite which features a retreat, walk-in robe and ensuite. We also added a large rumpus room and a separate bathroom to complete the sizeable family home.
Having stepped in at frame stage, it was extremely rewarding to be able to deliver such a gorgeous family home for Kate, David and their children to enjoy now and into the future.
