Kirstin & Mark fell in love with Williamstown and their home when they purchased it in 2019. They had always wanted a home with charm that they could make their own through a renovation and extension. Wanting to work with a local builder to bring their dreams to life, Kirstin and Mark completed extensive research and eventually settled on BCT Group due to our reputation within the Inner West.
Their existing home featured three bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen, living and dining area and a laundry at the rear of the home. Our team worked collaboratively with Kirstin & Mark throughout design to remove the lean-to extension and create a more spacious and functional floorplan and home.
We converted the existing living area into a third bedroom and utilised the additional space to add a study/ work from home space. Across the hallway we added an ensuite and walk-in robe to complete the master.
Throughout the middle of the new home, we added a new bathroom, separate powder room and laundry to fit the family’s lifestyle.
The home is finished with the large new extension which features a stunning kitchen, living and dining space with natural light flowing through the raked ceiling.
The finished product brought to life by our Construction Team is an eye-catching family home.
