Home renovation in West Footscray including new bathrooms and laundry

Our West Footscray renovation proves that you don’t have to renovate every aspect of your home to have a significant impact. A few considered updates in each space and the addition of new wet areas can make all the difference.

Our clients, Mardi and Lian targeted the spaces most in need of some love and extended thoughtfully to add space and storage solutions.

Outside we did the less exciting but necessary stuff like install new box gutters, rainheads and downpipes.

The real magic happened inside where we extended to the east boundary to add an ensuite off the master bedroom, a larger main bathroom with separate bath, a larger family room divided from the hallway, and an updated laundry leading to a new powder room.

But that’s not all. We extended towards the west boundary to add a new walk-in pantry off the kitchen plus a storage room accessed from outside. The kitchen also got some love with the addition of a new splashback, Caesarstone benchtop and two Velux skylights overhead to flood the space with natural light.

New flooring and custom joinery in the lounge room totally transformed the space and we can only imagine how good it’ll look when furnished.

We loved working on this home and know the transformed spaces will make a positive difference to the way our clients live and grow as a family.
