Creating additional living space and a more functional kitchen through this renovation, extension.
Knowing that they were ready to make changes to their West Footscray home, Darcy and Antonella contacted BCT Group to get started on their renovation, extension project.
With their family growing older, they wanted to create additional living space and have a functional kitchen which was more suited to their needs.
The BCT Group Design Team worked with Darcy and Antonella to maintain the front of the home and renovate the existing two bedrooms and bathroom. Our design team converted the lounge into a large master bedroom and finished it with a spacious walk-in robe.
At the rear of the home, we added a European laundry and powder room and included a fourth bedroom/ study space to double as both a guest room and space to work from home.
To incorporate the natural light and create a larger living area, our design and construction teams created an open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge space which is perfect for entertaining.
The stylish kitchen is finished with timber cabinetry, a square tile splashback and gold tapware.
Having completed numerous projects within the same street, it was great to be able to deliver a final home that matched Darcy and Antonella’s vision.
