David and Kate wanted to modernise every room in their home while adding a bit of extra living space and storage.

Our design team created plans that ticked every box on their wish list without blowing the budget. A new rumpus room was added off the open-plan meals and living area and every room was renovated to create a fresh, modern look. 

The new kitchen features a Dolomite island bench, Polytec thermo-laminated joinery, Smeg appliances and a spacious walk-in pantry. A light and bright laundry, family bathroom and study round out the downstairs renovation. Upstairs the master suite was reconfigured to create a more spacious ensuite and walk-in robe. New timber flooring and carpets were laid throughout while painting the exterior ensured the exterior matched the sleek interior. 

David and Kate are delighted with their 'new' home that functions well and looks fantastic.
