First-floor extension to create more space for a growing family.
Having previously renovated the ground floor of their Spotswood home, Matt & Lauren had been considering a first-floor extension for a number of years to provide a separate space for their children to grow up in.
Our design team transformed the existing third bedroom into a practical study/ working from home space which created room for the new feature timber staircase.
As part of the first-floor extension we added two bedrooms, a bathroom and a living space to provide a separate area for the children to play in.
Matt & Lauren worked with our in-house Interior Designer to finish the extension with the same style and flow as the existing home.
It was fantastic to be able to add a first-floor for Matt & Lauren and their children to enjoy now and into the future.
