We transformed this Seddon weatherboard inside and out. The back of the home was demolished with a new extension creating a modern open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. We also added a new walk-in-robe and ensuite leading off the existing master bedroom plus a laundry and a powder room downstairs.

Extending up meant this young family could add two more bedrooms plus a bathroom and separate toilet upstairs. 

 

The choice of timber joinery and dark tiles in the bathrooms, colourful interior paint and a unique tiled splashback in the kitchen make this home very unique. Practicality has also been carefully considered with lots of hidden and open storage featured throughout the home.
