Seddon
Stylish renovation with elegant timber finishes throughout.
Hannah and Danny loved the location of their Seddon home however with their family needs changing they wanted to renovate to maximise the liveability of the space. They chose BCT Group to design and build their home due to our strong reputation and specialisation within the Inner West of Melbourne.
With the home having a heritage overlay attached to it the BCT Group Design Team maintained the existing structure and front two bedrooms within the home. To better utilise the space, we created a new master bathroom which is finished with a stunning array of tile combinations and double basins. Within the second living area we added two desks to allow Hannah and Danny’s teenage daughters a place to study.
Within their design brief, Hannah and Danny highlighted the want for a more functional and aesthetic kitchen, living and dining area. We were able to create a stylish and practical kitchen and butler’s pantry which features extensive storage space and gorgeous timber features throughout. To encompass the outdoors and provide extra entertaining space, we added an extensive decking space with overhead protection which can be utilised all year round.
Within the living area, we included a feature timber screen which is eye-catching and provides the perfect separation from the kitchen and dining space for family relaxation. To put the full stop on the renovation we added a large timber desk within the master suite for Hannah and Danny to use when working from home.
It was great to able to produce such a stunning renovation for Hannah and Danny and their family.
