Refreshing this Seddon Victorian with a stylish renovation and extension.
Wanting to give their home a refresh, Yan and Malcolm decided to renovate and extend their family home which is located in a quiet Seddon Street in the heart of the Inner West.
The BCT Group Design Team designed this home based on the family’s living requirements with the plan to create a more functional living space.
Within this Victorian single fronted home, we maintained and renovated the two bedrooms and living area at the front of the home and demolished the rear.
As part of the new extension, the BCT Group Construction Team replaced the existing verandah with a new laundry and powder room. We included a new bathroom, added another bedroom, study space and a light and bright open-plan kitchen and dining area.
The completed home possesses both a functional floorplan and stunning elements including the feature brick wall, colour throughout the cabinetry and tiles and polished concrete flooring.
It was great to be able to bring this project to life for Yan, Malcolm and their family to enjoy.
