RESIDENTIAL EXTENSION
FOR YARRAVILLE FAMILY 

 

Marisa and Fabian approached us with existing plans to renovate and extend their family home in Yarraville. After engaging with three others builders, they selected us as their trusted construction partner.

We demolished the existing bathroom, laundry, study and living room to create a spacious family bathroom, living room and modern kitchen with walk-in pantry. A first-floor extension added a parent's retreat with master bedroom, study and luxurious ensuite featuring gloss green tiles from Lifestiles.

​

Other standout features include the Gareth Ashton Byron stone bath from E&S, the Retro Tape Deck splashback tiles in the kitchen from Perini Tiles, the Caesarstone benchtops, and the modern galvanized steel used on the rear exterior.

​

The result is a light-filled and liveable home with real 'wow' factor.
