With two young kids and only two bedrooms, Tim and Jaclyn were finding their Newport home to be a tight squeeze. After contemplating whether to move or renovate, they opted for the latter and engaged us as their architect and builder. 

​

While the facade and front bedroom remained intact, we demolished the rest of the ground floor to make way for a new kitchen, laundry, powder room, meals and living area. The ground floor bedroom also benefitted from a new ensuite. A first-floor extension helped create a spacious family home without encroaching on the backyard adding a sitting area, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a study nook.

The kitchen really is the heart of this family home with a subtle colour palette that adds elegance and luxury. From the Quantum Quartz benchtop in Bella Carrara to the grey matte shaker profile joinery, it's a style that our clients will love for years to come.

Tim and Jaclyn are thrilled to have a family home with enough space to live, entertain and make even more special memories. They thoroughly enjoyed working with a company that offers both design and construction saying,
