It wasn't long after appointing BCT as their builder, that Sam and Genevieve welcomed their first child. Some may think it's crazy to tackle a renovation project with a newborn, but it certainly paid off for this lovely couple. They now have the perfect home to enjoy with their beautiful bub. And BCT Group made the process as stress-free as possible.

The works

We added a new walk-in-robe and ensuite off the master bedroom creating the perfect sanctuary for mum and dad. We gave the main bathroom a full renovation, adding a much needed bath for the new bub. The existing kitchen, dining room, lounge room, laundry, powder room and porch were demolished to make way for a new open-plan kitchen, living and dining space leading onto an outdoor entertaining area. The Blackbutt timber floors connect the new spaces seamlessly and extra storage in the lounge room is the perfect place to pop toys and other kid-related stuff.
