Design and construction of extension featuring gorgeous open-plan kitchen and living space.
When Kristian and Rebecca purchased their home, they harboured plans to eventually complete a renovation to modernise the layout of the floorplan and add an open-plan living space.
Having previously used BCT Group to complete a bathroom and balcony renovation at their former property, they reengaged us to design and bring their family home to life.
With a heritage overlay attached to the home, our team maintained the front façade, renovated the front two bedrooms and converted the existing kitchen and living area into a huge master suite. The suite is equipped with a large walk-in wardrobe and a stunning ensuite.
We worked with Kristian and Rebecca to transform the bathroom into a laundry and created a new spacious bathroom. As part of the new extension, we designed a large open-plan kitchen, living and dining area with a walk-in pantry. The gorgeous space maximises the natural light and is finished with an array of elegant features including a fireplace, servery window and walk-in pantry.
It was fantastic to be able to deliver such a stunning family home for Kristian and Rebecca to enjoy now and into the future!
