Design and construction of this gorgeous renovation and first floor extension.
Wanting to create more space at home for her young family and looking for a local, family-owned builder, Anna engaged BCT Group and our one-stop design and construction solution to complete her renovation and first floor extension project.
Having worked on numerous projects within the area, the BCT Group Design Team worked through the heritage overlay attached to the property and designed a stunningly bright and modern family home.
Downstairs we gave the four existing bedrooms a refresh and transformed the bathroom into an eye-catching practical space with an external powder room. We also added a multi-functional walk-in pantry and laundry which combines style and practicality. The most stunning feature within the home is the large open-plan kitchen, living and dining area at the rear which connects beautifully with the outdoor deck and garden and gives the home a strong indoor-outdoor flow which is perfect for entertaining in the warmer months.
To put the full stop on the project, upstairs as part of the first-floor extension we created a study space perfect for working from home and a gorgeous parents retreat complete with an ensuite and walk-in robe.
It was fantastic to be able to design and build this wonderful now 5 bed, 3 bath home for Anna and her boys.
