MICK NEILLY

Within his comprehensive career, Mick has fulfilled a number of roles in the residential construction industry, gaining extensive experience with big builders in a variety of roles including sales, production, project management and as an estimating team leader.

​Having joined BCT Group in 2016, Mick has a thorough understanding of the design and construction processes which allows him to be able to work with clients, contractors and suppliers towards the signing of a construction contract.

Mick leads the BCT Group Estimating Team and manages the tender process with our trusted networks of suppliers and contractors and prepares and presents the construction budget within the Project Proposal Meeting.

Also involved with the design process, Mick uses his vast knowledge to guide the Design Team and ensure that a client’s budget is constantly considered during design.

​Passionate about ensuring that everyone has the best possible experience when dealing with BCT Group, Mick sits on our Executive Team and works with all internal and external stakeholders to continue to develop our processes and maintain the quality BCT Group experience.

​Away from the office, Mick enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters and is passionate about watching and playing sport, currently playing for his local football club.
