LIAM GARDINER

Extremely passionate about the building industry, Liam has spent the entirety of his career focussing on residential construction. He joined BCT Group with extensive experience having owned and operated his own carpentry business for over 15 years and filling numerous roles as a Site & Supervising Manager.  

To compliment his extensive on-site experience, Liam has a Certificate III in Construction and was also voted the 2013 Victorian Carpentry Apprentice of the Year meaning he is perfectly placed to take projects and clients through the BCT Group Construction Process.

Liam prides himself on his communication and problem-solving skills which he utilises to create a transparent and quality experience for clients. He enjoys monitoring the day-to-day progression of his builds, managing relationships with trades and the reward of seeing his projects progress towards completion.

He loves how at BCT Group our Construction Process is process driven with quick turnaround times whilst maintaining an exceptional level of quality.  

His ultimate goal in his work is to satisfy the customer and produce a quality home that suits their lifestyle and a space that he can drive past in the future and be proud to have produced a quality home that stands the test of time.

Liam is a long-time resident of the Inner West and played football at numerous clubs including Werribee, Yarraville Seddon Eagles & Altona.

Away from work, Liam enjoys spending time with his twin girls, playing golf and cooking.
