A showpiece renovation and extension, perfect for entertaining
Michelle and Brad reached out to BCT Group with design plans from Adapt Architecture and a dream of adding additional living and entertaining spaces around their Kensington property.
BCT Group’s Construction Team completed a showpiece renovation and extension, demolishing the rear of the home and updating it with a brand-new master suite. To create more family living space, we constructed a new open-plan kitchen dining area and added a second family/ music room. The new office space opens to the large lounge area which is finished with a window seat.
The most stunning focal point of the property is the feature rooftop with views over Kensington and the Melbourne CBD skyline, perfect for entertaining!
