A unique and stunning home, brought to life in collaboration with Design Company By RA. When clients Alison and Luke began their renovation journey, By RA reached out to us at BCT Group to involve our Design & Construction Team from the outset, ensuring a cohesive process.
Given the size of their home, Alison and Luke wanted a space that was not only unique but also featured a practical floorplan they could enjoy now and well into the future. Working alongside By RA, our Design Team created plans and documentation for a large-scale renovation with a few key structural changes including the addition of a new bathroom tailored to our client's lifestyle.
One of the key priorities for Alison and Luke was a larger walk-in robe. To accommodate this, our Design Team reworked the layout, reducing the size of the laundry to maximise space for the wardrobe.
Among the standout features of the home is the beautifully renovated kitchen and living area. This space is full of striking elements, such as the striped bench seating and a stunning kitchen with a marble splashback and benchtop that elevates the entire space.
The bathrooms are equally impressive, finished with feature tiles, brass taps, and marble benchtops, adding a touch of luxury and sophistication.
The completed renovation is a true showstopper, and we are proud to have worked with By RA, Alison, and Luke every step of the way to bring their vision to life.
