Renovation & extension project full of colour & unique features
Having lived in the area for a number of years, Liam & Julia loved their location but were looking for additional space for their growing family. With that in mind, they purchased this home with the goal of completing a renovation and extension to make it their own.
Liam & Julia chose BCT Group to take their new home from concept to completion and realise both their goals and the homes’ potential.
Our team maintained the structure of the three bedrooms and living space at the front and renovated them with fresh paint and plaster whilst maintaining the existing timber floorboards.
As part of the new extension, we added a laundry and bathroom with period tapware and green heritage tiles creating a Victorian style feel. At the rear we added an open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area.
Wanting to maintain the heritage tradition of the home and make it their own with unique selections the kitchen was finished with a granite benchtop, period tapware and green joinery.
The home has undergone a truly amazing transformation, it was great to be able to work with Liam & Julia from start to finish to bring their family home to life.
