DAVID ZENG

With a diverse background in the residential construction industry, David brings a comprehensive understanding of construction methodology to our in-house Estimating Team.

His skill set was honed through hands-on experience as a carpenter, followed by a role as a draftsman, and ultimately over five years of expertise in pricing and estimating.

David has worked on a wide range of projects, from bathroom renovations to large-scale commercial developments, with his knowledge further grounded by his Master’s Degree in Architecture and a Diploma of Quantity Surveying.

He thrives on the variety of projects BCT Group undertakes and enjoys focusing on the finer details when preparing and presenting construction budgets, collaborating closely with our trusted suppliers and trade network.

David values the unique dynamics of the BCT Group Project Proposal Meetings, which stand apart from those of volume builders, offering opportunities to engage with clients on various aspects of their projects.

Outside of work, David enjoys playing and watching tennis at Altona & Saltwater Tennis Courts in the Inner West, as well as going on hikes.
