School teachers Karen and Sandra love entertaining but their home was looking a little worse for wear and they needed more space to enjoy good times with their friends and family.
They wanted a clean, modern home that wouldn't date with an easy flow from the indoors to the outdoor entertaining space.
We refurbished the front three bedrooms with new carpet and fresh paint.
We also restored the beautiful old wooden floors, fitted high quality built-in robes and added a brand new ensuite and main bathroom with modern white fixtures and grey tiles.
Their new extension includes open plan living and dining with an impressive kitchen featuring a stone bench and vinyl-wrap joinery.
The blackbutt flooring blends beautifully with the old timber floors and continues out onto a large deck, perfect for entertaining.
