YARRAVILLE
ARCHITECTURAL
FAMILY HOME
"The team were amazing. The level of craftsmanship that the team put into the house was brilliant. The number one thing we liked was when asked, 'What would you do if it was your house?' We got the right answer, 'I would do what I'm suggesting'."
- Andrew and Jacqui -
Andrew and Jacqui bought their Yarraville home when it was just the two of them. Fast forward a few years and two kids and they had outgrown their compact weatherboard. A decent-sized block meant they were able to extend back to add space and improve liveability while also reconfiguring the internal layout.
The back half of the home was demolished with only the front three rooms remaining. The Master bedroom was improved with the addition of a full wall of wardrobes and a luxe ensuite. We also added two more bedrooms along with a main bathroom, laundry, powder room and study. The most awe-inspiring transformation is at the back of the home where the hallway opens onto a stunning open-plan kitchen, dining and living area with two sliding doors leading onto a timber deck.
This home includes a range of high-end features - some big, some small. The polished concrete flooring with underfloor heating is the stuff of renovation dreams. And the custom-made wardrobe handles featuring the kids' initials add a personal touch. Every choice in this home - from the bold joinery to the brick splash back - is spot on creating an overall look that is luxe but life-friendly.
