Construction of knock down rebuild to create a gorgeous family home.
Adrian and Kim initially purchased their property with a view to complete a knock down rebuild project and were working with Porter Davis Homes to construct their five-bedroom, three-bathroom home.
With their home incomplete at frame stage, they reached out to BCT Group to discuss how we could assist them in completing the project.
Our in-house estimating and construction experts were able to collaborate and determine what was required to complete the project and effectively manage all construction stages to deliver a five-bedroom, three-bathroom home.
On the ground floor, the home features a double car garage, full guest suite, walk-in pantry, galley and laundry. It is finished with a large open-plan kitchen, living and dining space which connects with the outdoor alfresco area.
Upstairs, the BCT Construction Team built a space that is tailored to a large family with four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a second lounge area and a rumpus room.
The huge master bedroom finalises the home and is finished with an ensuite and large walk-in robe.
Using our personal hands-on approach, it was great to be able to complete this knock down rebuild project and provide Adrian and Kim with a spectacular family home.
