Williamstown 

Our 16 Williamstown clients engaged BCT Group to help transform and expand their existing family home, with a focus on restoring key areas, improving functionality and creating additional space to support their growing family's needs.

 

Working closely alongside Geometrica Sustainable Design, the project reimagined both the internal and external living experience, delivering a home that feels more spacious, modern and connected. 

The brief centred around increasing accommodation, enhancing everyday living areas and modernising outdated spaces throughout the home. To achieve this, we constructed a new first-floor addition that introduced two bedrooms and a family bathroom, creating a dedicated zone for the children while maximising the home's overall liveability. 

Downstairs, the existing layout was thoughtfully reconfigured to improve flow and functionality. The front bedroom was revitalised and complemented by a new master ensuite, creating a comfortable and private retreat for the homeowners. A refreshed open-plan kitchen, living and dining area now forms the heart of the home, delivering a bright and welcoming space for family connection and entertaining. Additional improvements included a spacious family bathroom and powder room to better support the demands of everyday living.

Externally, the home was equally transformed through a revitalised façade and the addition of a generous rear deck, creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living spaces. These upgrades not only enhanced the home's street appeal but also provided valuable outdoor entertaining and recreational space for the family to enjoy. 

The result is a thoughtfully renovated and extended family residence that balances practicality, comfort and contemporary design.
