With a passion for engineering and vast experience working in and around the residential construction industry, Milind is an integral part of the BCT Group in-house Estimating Team.  

At University, Milind obtained a Masters in Professional Engineering and a Masters in Construction Management and has spent time working and developing his skills with an array of different residential building companies including custom and volume home builders before arriving at BCT Group.

 

As an estimator, Milind is heavily involved in the preparation and presentation of construction budgets, going to tender, liaising with BCT Group’s trusted supplier and trade network and organising purchase orders for the Construction Team.  

Milind prides himself on his attention to detail and uses his experience across residential construction and knowledge of different homes to provide effective suggestions to clients when finalising their selections and construction budget.  

At BCT Group, Milind enjoys the Project Proposal Presentation within the Design Development Stage where clients are presented with the outcomes of tender, their floor plan drawings, the tendered cost to construct their project and are offered suggestions and guidance on alternative materials and selections. He also values the internal round table discussions where the key BCT Group stakeholders discuss each project in detail to understand its individual requirements.  

Having grown up in India, Milind enjoys travelling and going on hikes. He plays cricket, locally at Footscray Angliss Cricket Club.
