Extremely experienced in the building industry, Jason brings over two decades of hands‑on construction knowledge to his role as Project Manager at BCT Group. Having worked across a wide range of residential projects, he has built a strong reputation for technical expertise and a deep understanding of the build process from demolition through to completion.

Prior to joining BCT Group, Jason held senior project management roles across medium‑density developments, new builds and insurance repair works. He also owned and operated his own renovation and building business for over ten years, giving him invaluable experience in both site delivery and business operations.

To complement his extensive on‑site background, Jason holds a Queensland Builder’s Licence along with Certificate III and IV qualifications in Building and Construction. This combination of formal qualifications and real‑world experience positions him exceptionally well to guide projects and clients through the BCT Group construction process.

Jason’s strengths lie in his technical knowledge and practical problem‑solving ability, which he applies daily to ensure projects are delivered to a high standard of quality. He enjoys being involved in all stages of the build, coordinating trades and overseeing progress as each project takes shape.

What he values most about working at BCT Group is the variety of projects, each offering different design considerations and construction challenges. He takes particular satisfaction in renovations and the overall build process, striving to deliver homes that are built with care, precision and long‑term quality in mind.

A resident of Melbourne’s Inner West, Jason lives in Altona North. Originally from the Gold Coast, he now enjoys balancing work with family life and is most proud of being a father to his one‑year‑old daughter.
