This well-loved home in Yarraville was completely transformed over 6.5 months much to the delight of owners, Dan and Belinda.

 

The back few rooms were demolished and a new extension was added featuring a living room, a powder room and an open-plan kitchen and dining area opening onto an outdoor entertaining space. New flooring was laid throughout with the front of the house being spruced up with a new bathroom, laundry and a splash of paint. The studio out the back also got a bit of love creating a functional, multi-purpose space.

We absolutely love the built-in bench seat opposite the kitchen that is mirrored in the alfresco area. The pop of blue in the kitchen injects some fun into the black and white scheme along with functional open-timber shelving.

With a flowing design by Angela Banks, we know that our clients are going to love living in this beautiful, purpose-built abode. In fact, we reckon they're already enjoying mojitos on the deck.
