Heritage home renovation in Williamstown

Ben and Jodi purchased a rundown home in Williamstown with the intention of transforming it into a dream family abode. And that they certainly did!

Working on a heritage home (that wasn't in the best state) certainly posed a few challenges at the start, but with great communication and a team effort, we managed to build a home that has surpassed expectations while remaining true to its heritage.

Given the state of the original dwelling, we did an extensive renovation keeping the facade in tact with a few structural improvements (goodbye rotting posts). With the luxury of a large block we built a four-bedroom family home with a main bathroom, walk-in-robe and ensuite off the master plus a mudroom, laundry, study and separate media room - everything a family could want! The back of the home features a large open-plan kitchen, dining and living room.

The fixtures and fittings in this home are unique and detailed, perfectly reflecting our client's preferences and personalities. From the copper tapware and metallic tiles in the ensuite to the green tiled splashback and exposed brick wall in the kitchen, this home is anything but vanilla.
