Lisa and Peter’s Williamstown 20-year-old townhouse was given a stunning facelift with the addition of a new kitchen, laundry, powder room and spacious deck. We also added new timber flooring throughout and spruced up the front porch.

 

The kitchen is sleek and modern featuring a Caesarstone benchtop in Fresh Concrete and Polytec joinery in Legato Serene. The grey and white colour scheme continues into the laundry and powder room creating consistency and a sense of flow. 

 

The dated outdoor area has been completely reimagined with bi-fold doors leading onto a huge Blackbutt timber deck - perfect for socialising with family and friends during the warmer months.

Lisa says they absolutely love the changes, "We love everything about our renovation! We love having the bi-fold doors open which totally opens up the back of the house. The kids can run from inside, out on to the huge deck while we watch from the gorgeous kitchen. We spend so much more time in the backyard. Even doing laundry doesn't seem like such a chore when you do it in a nice space!"
