Newport 

When Gill, Ross, and their two growing boys first purchased their home in Newport in 2014, they fell in love with the location. As their family grew, so did their need for more space and a modern touch to their home. They turned to BCT Group to bring their vision to life with a substantial renovation.

The two growing boys needed their own space, so our Architectural Design Team reimagined the existing office and lounge areas, transforming them into two spacious bedrooms. With both Gill and Ross working from home, the need for a dedicated, large home office was essential. We created this at the front of the house to provide a peaceful and productive environment.

​

To ensure maximum comfort, we added a beautiful new ensuite to the master bedroom, bringing the home up to two bathrooms. Additionally, we designed a separate powder room and revamped the main bathroom, creating a stunning, functional space for the whole family. The laundry was also redesigned for greater practicality.

One of the standout features of the renovation was the reconfiguration of the kitchen and living areas at the rear of the home. By opening up the space, we created a brighter, more spacious area for the family to cook, relax, and dine together. This area flows seamlessly onto a new deck, complete with a stylish pergola, offering the perfect space for year-round entertaining.

​

Gill and Ross worked closely with our interior designer to incorporate elegant feature tiles and natural timber cabinetry, adding a touch of warmth and sophistication to their home.

​

It was a true pleasure to collaborate with Gill, Ross, and their family, bringing new life and light into their Newport home. We’re thrilled to have helped them create a space that’s as beautiful and functional as it is welcoming.
