KINGSVILLE ARCHITECTURE & CONSTRUCTION

FULL GROUND FLOOR RENOVATION

Michael and Amber wanted to modernise their home while making better use of the space and creating more eye-level storage. While they were happy with the upstairs, they wanted to fully renovate the ground floor.

Our design team certainly met the brief. By relocating the existing kitchen, we created a large open-plan living and dining area featuring a floating TV unit and bench seat running the full length of two walls.

Michael and Amber’s desire for a home with better “indoor-outdoor flow” was brought to life with bifold doors leading from the living room and kitchen onto the deck. High-end Miele appliances, an Elba Blue natural stone island benchtop by Apex Stone, and integrated wine fridge make the kitchen a welcoming place to connect and entertain.

The laundry, powder room and ensuite were completely refit with terrazzo look floor tiles adding impact. Arbre engineered flooring was laid in a herringbone pattern throughout the ground floor apart from the bedroom which benefitted from lush new carpets.

This home is not only more beautiful to look at, it flows seamlessly and functions perfectly. Our design and construction teams were delighted to give this inner west family the home they deserve.
