Double-storey home renovation in Kensington

David and Truc's Kensington home is unrecognisable thanks to a big renovation and extension.
Downstairs has been completely updated while a new level has added more bedrooms plus a bathroom.

We demolished the back rooms along with the old bathroom and added an ensuite and walk-in-robe off the
master bedroom. The ground level also got a new laundry, main bathroom, and an open-plan living and dining
area complete with stunning kitchen.

The addition of a second level gave David and Truc the ability to add two more bedrooms along with a bathroom
and spacious landing area which can be used as an extra living space, play room or study.

The three bathrooms in this home certainly make an impact with each featuring unique tiles laid in intricate patterns.
We especially love the 3D effect of the tiles in the ensuite.  We also love the addition of two outdoor spaces - an undercover deck downstairs and a screened balcony upstairs that the family can enjoy in the warmer months.

The Blackbutt flooring throughout and the Feast Watson Black Japan stain on the Victorian Ash stair treads are beautiful features in a home that perfectly reflects our clients' personalities.
