After their children moved out of home, Anna and Kevin were tossing up whether to retire elsewhere or remain in the inner west and renovate. After selling their business they decided to use the funds to renovate.
They saw a BCT Group project on the go in their local area and got in touch.
After meeting with Bevan and the team, Ann and Kevin engaged BCT Group to design and construct their
home renovation. And the end result is pretty spectacular.
Our architects developed a design that was a little bit different. Instead of the usual extending back, we extended out the front to create a 'mudroom' style entrance plus a library, complete with ladder. We also opened up the
space inside to create an open-plan layout - perfect for modern living.
Working with our interior designer, Ann and Kevin chose fixtures and fittings that represented their love of Hamptons style interiors. The Mistura hybrid timber flooring in 'Nutmeg' from National Tiles creates a great sense of flow throughout the house and the splash of dark blue in the kitchen is echoed in the master bedroom. The kitchen is a real standout featuring a tiled herringbone splashback and stone benchtop.
Ann and Kevin are delighted with their renovated home and will be staying in the inner west.
