Carina brings creativity, energy, and a fresh perspective to her role as Branding & Marketing Coordinator at BCT Group. With a background in digital media and a deep understanding of content creation, Carina is passionate about crafting engaging social media strategies that connect with our community and reflect the heart of our brand.

Before joining the marketing world, Carina spent several years as a Primary Teacher—a role that helped her hone strong communication, organisation, and people skills. Her return to marketing has been driven by a desire to build meaningful engagement and support brand growth, and she’s excited to bring those strengths into the BCT Group space.

Carina holds a Bachelor of Business specialising in Marketing and a Master of Education, combining analytical insight with a creative flair. She’s especially enthusiastic about developing content that inspires clients to dream big and shows how BCT Group can bring those dreams to life.

When asked what she enjoys most about BCT Group, Carina says it’s the ability to take ownership of social media content and foster real community engagement. She’s passionate about making the client journey smooth, exciting, and inspiring just like the homes we build.

Outside of the office, you’ll often find her dancing at a studio or relaxing with a good chick flick or a binge-worthy drama series.
